In my opinion, a great restaurant with friendly staff. Here even the bosses lend a hand. The food tastes good, the portions are a good size and there is something for everyone. I'm looking forward to stopping by again after the lockdown.

The whole thing is set up like a company canteen, nothing tastes special but everything is standard.

Super nice and warm staff - you rarely find that much honest friendliness. Eat super delicious, homemade spaetzle and dumplings. A wide selection for vegetarian and vegan dishes. Unbeatable price / performance ratio. A lot was freshly prepared and brought to the table. There is an extra pram parking space in front of the door. We have been coming here for years, but today it has exceeded itself <3 We hope you will enjoy your delicious food for many more years to come.

We have been coming to the restaurant regularly for many years, also gladly with our visit (children, grandchildren, etc.). It has never bothered us that we had to serve ourselves. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are absolutely fine. We prefer to stay in the fireplace room; in good weather in the beer garden.

Admittedly, when we were eating here on Sunday afternoon, there was a relatively long queue, so you can still close both eyes in case of quality defects such as brown pieces of ice in the iced coffee. But when I saw a sweaty employee driving through his hair several times, just to go straight into the container with roasted onions with the same hand, I immediately lost my appetite. While I do not expect any culinary masterpieces from a zoo, hygiene standards should still be taken seriously. Too bad, with the large selection and the nice counter forces!

We visited Zoo today and then a visit to the zoo-restaurant is included. Always very good food and the price fits. Very nice staff completes the whole thing. Can only recommend it, keep it up !!!

Very nicely located in the Augsburg Zoo. The outside area is a wonderful, tree-shaded beer garden. German kitchen with self-service. The food is good and the price-performance ratio is okay.
